Just some notes on what it took to get this site started:
I have to thank Travis Tidwell for helping me blaze through the basics of web hosting via a content management system. I have always wanted to share some things I've learned over the years, but never had the motivation to publish content until Travis explained how rewarding ($) it could be. Now that I have some motivation, I'm going to sacrifice some WoW time and start publishing. Rest up, Soulscab.
Here's a brief overview of my site creation experience:
Registered the Xentronium domain at GoDaddy. ($24.99 per year)
Obtained WebHosting for $2 - Host Unlimited Websites (per month)
Played around with cPanel to figure out how to manipulate the backend.
Obtained Drupal, unzipped and uploaded it to the site.
Once I was halfway comfortable with things, I updated the nameserver entries at GoDaddy to refer to Cirtex's name servers. At this point, the site was live.
If you want to try your hand at creating a web site, consider looking over Travis Tidwell's site, shop around and compare prices. I might cover this process in more detail some day, but for now, I'm going to focus on other content.

Good Luck!
Good luck in all your endeavors! Let me know if I can help in any way!
Also, I am very interested is what you have to say.... I will link up to your site to get some traffic here, but only when your ready. :)
Just let me know.
Oh, and don't worry about kiddies defacing the content. That is Drupal's job, and apparently those guys know what they are doing!
Talk to you soon,
Travis
P.S. You can delete this comment.... I won't take it personally. :)
